Seafood Crostini
  • 1 bottle The Blue Kitchen Caviar Pinoy in Olive Oil
  • 1 bottle The Blue Kitchen Bangus in Olive Oil with White Wine
  • Nono’s Crostini
  • Cream cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Arugula leaves

For Caviar Pinoy
  1. Spread cream cheese on crostini slices.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of Caviar Pinoy on top and spread evenly.
  3. Top with arugula.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
For Bangus in Olive Oil
  1. Empty the bottle of Bangus in Olive Oil into a bowl and cut each fish into smaller pieces.
  2. Put a tomato slice on top of a crostini slice.
  3. Add a piece of bangus.
  4. Top with arugula.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
