Seafood Crostini



Ingredients
- 1 bottle The Blue Kitchen Caviar Pinoy in Olive Oil
- 1 bottle The Blue Kitchen Bangus in Olive Oil with White Wine
- Nono’s Crostini
- Cream cheese
- Sliced tomatoes
- Arugula leaves
Directions
For Caviar Pinoy
- Spread cream cheese on crostini slices.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Caviar Pinoy on top and spread evenly.
- Top with arugula.
- Serve and enjoy.
For Bangus in Olive Oil
- Empty the bottle of Bangus in Olive Oil into a bowl and cut each fish into smaller pieces.
- Put a tomato slice on top of a crostini slice.
- Add a piece of bangus.
- Top with arugula.
- Serve and enjoy.
