Ingredients
  • 1 pack The Blue Kitchen Palawan Danggit
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Vinegar with chopped chili for dipping
  • Sliced tomato (optional)

Directions
  1. Heat a medium-sized frying pan and pour the cooking oil in.
  2. Once oil is hot, fry the danggit. Fry one side in medium heat until crispy, then turn the fish over to cook the other side.
  3. Place the cooked danggit on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
  4. Add salt and mix into the oil.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Add rice to the pan and mix with oil and garlic. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Season with more salt if necessary. Put cooked garlic rice in a plate.
  7. Serve with eggs your way, spicy vinegar, and/or sliced tomato if desired. Enjoy!
