Danggitsilog
Ingredients
- 1 pack The Blue Kitchen Palawan Danggit
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 10 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 10 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 eggs
- Vinegar with chopped chili for dipping
- Sliced tomato (optional)
Directions
- Heat a medium-sized frying pan and pour the cooking oil in.
- Once oil is hot, fry the danggit. Fry one side in medium heat until crispy, then turn the fish over to cook the other side.
- Place the cooked danggit on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
- Add salt and mix into the oil.
- Add minced garlic and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add rice to the pan and mix with oil and garlic. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Season with more salt if necessary. Put cooked garlic rice in a plate.
- Serve with eggs your way, spicy vinegar, and/or sliced tomato if desired. Enjoy!
