Crispy Dilis Salad
  • 1 bottle The Blue Kitchen Crispy Dilis
  • Mixed greens
  • 2 mangoes, cubed
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Salted egg
  • Red onions, diced or thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon bagoong
  • 2 tablespoons calamansi juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Green onions for garnish

  1. In a separate bowl, mix bagoong, olive oil, and calamansi juice into a dressing.
  2. Toss mixed greens, salted egg, red onions, mangoes, and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
  3. Add dressing to the salad. Leave some on the side.
  4. Top with crispy dilis and green onions.
  5. Mix and enjoy!
