Crispy Dilis Salad


Ingredients
- 1 bottle The Blue Kitchen Crispy Dilis
- Mixed greens
- 2 mangoes, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salted egg
- Red onions, diced or thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon bagoong
- 2 tablespoons calamansi juice
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Green onions for garnish
Directions
- In a separate bowl, mix bagoong, olive oil, and calamansi juice into a dressing.
- Toss mixed greens, salted egg, red onions, mangoes, and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
- Add dressing to the salad. Leave some on the side.
- Top with crispy dilis and green onions.
- Mix and enjoy!
